Otherwise, a convenience fee will be added to the cost of fuel replacement: $20 for vehicles returned 0-50% charged, or $10 for vehicles returned 51%-80% charged. Tesla charges idle fees if the car is not removed once supercharging is complete. Please be mindful of expected charging times. You will be responsible for any idle fees incurred. Please return the vehicle clean and in the same condition it was given to you. Otherwise, a $35 cleaning fee will be incurred to maintain the highest standard experience for the next renter. A $250 CLEANING FEE will be applied if there are any stains or traces of smoke, foul smell, or pet evidence detected or if there is reason to believe any policy was not adhered to. Renter is financially responsible for any interior or exterior wear and tear to the vehicle during the rental period. Loss of any provided items (e.g. key access card, charging card, charging adaptors) will incur replacement charges. Renter is financially responsible for any toll road fees incurred during the duration of the trip. A request for the transportation transaction reimbursement will be made through Turo upon receiving any toll bill. Please drive responsibly. The way the car is driven can be tracked remotely. If any abuse is detected (e.g. reckless driving, off-roading, excessive speeding, racing/racetrack, etc.), the car will go into Valet Mode for the remainder of your trip. This is for your own safety. Only Turo approved person(s) is permitted to drive the car at all times.
