-We are sanitizing our cars before and after every trip to insure our guest’s safety! -NO CONTACT pick-ups and drop-offs. -Due to the decrease in travel, ParkDIA shuttles will be arriving to pick-up and drop-off guests from the airport every 30 minutes. So please give yourself time flying out. Hopefully soon when things get to normal they it will go back to every 10 minutes, but for now please keep this in mind. Sit down, buckle up and take this unmistakable muscle car for a spin! Experience this Challenger's cushy ride and comfy cabin while cruising around Colorado. The heated and cooled seats along with its heated steering wheel will sure to keep you comfortable during your adventures. ****New Snow tires!**** 2017 Dodge Challenger 3.6 SXT PLUS -Uconnect 4C 8.4-inch Screen -Apple Car Play/Android Auto -2 USB/Aux -Cooled/Heated Seats -Heated Steering Wheel -20inch Granite Crystal Wheels -Performance Brakes -V6 engine 8-speed Transmission Certified Pre-owned We park the car for you at ParkDIA which is a 5-7 minute shuttle ride right outside the airport. Once we park the car we will send you the information of where we parked it. You would just show that to the shuttle driver and they will take you right to the car. The key will be in a lockbox on the driver window and I will send you the code and the location of the vehicle once a picture of your Driver License is uploaded under your Turo trip page. Parking fee will be around $9 but please check their website for more accurate info @ ParkDIA.com. ⚠ When renting, you agree to all terms outlined here and at support.turo.com ⚠ - No smoking, cigarette pens, or animals in the car. If scents are noticed, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged per Turo policy. - Please do not add any fragrances or smells to the car’s interior or a cleaning fee may be applied to remove the odor.   - No track use - The car is low. You will be responsible for any damage to the car.  - No street racing.  - No burnouts. Tires are measured. You will be responsible for replacement for excessive damage or use to the tires.  Toll & Ticket Policies - All tolls in Colorado are photo-enforced. If tolls are taken, you will be subject to charge of the cost of toll and ticket fees. You will be responsible for any fees + penalties. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 months before we receive a bill. Damage Claims - We like to handle claims directly with our guests if possible. If not possible, then we go through Turo. Claims may include: - windshield/rock chips - scratches to the interior and exterior of the vehicle - tire/wheel damage - interior damage to seats, consuls, etc. - Guests are responsible for these damages that occur during your trip, intentional or not. Insurance coverage may be used if purchased prior to your trip. So please be mindful of this. Drive a distance away from vehicles in front of you and careful with open containers inside the vehicle. Gas - Can't refill? No problem! I understand you are on vacation. I will refill the gas for you and just request reimbursement for the cost of gas! Cleaning Policies - We just kindly request that the interior of the car be returned in the same condition in which it was received and trash inside the car be thrown away prior to returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned clean inside and out, as given to you, a $14 fee will be charged to you. If the car needs a complete cleaning or detailing, costs could be more. -Turo Insurance & Multiple Drivers For insurance purposes, it is recommended to add additional drivers on the Turo website before the trip. Insurance is available from Turo. They provide liability insurance in your rental fee (during your rental period only- they do not cover the vehicle outside your booking hours) but they also offer additional coverage for an extra fee.   • What happens if I return the car dirty?

    A $14 fee will be charged to you for exterior wash and light interior vacuum.  You can pre-purchase by adding it as an “extra” during booking. This does NOT cover smoking, pet hair, spills, etc. If the car needs additional cleaning or detailing, the costs could be more in accordance to Turo policies.

  • Can I let someone else drive the car during the rental?

    No, under no circumstances can you let someone drive the car during your rental period. If you’d like to add a second insured driver, you must contact Turo.  By violating this policy, insurance will become void, and you will be personally liable for any and all damage. 

  • Where do I return the vehicle?

    The car is expected to be delivered at the same parking lot- ParkDIA (or other place if coordinated before hand). If the car is parked in the covered parking, you will be charged for the extra fee it costs to park in covered parking. Car should have the same amount of gas as well left you with and be clean as well (same conditions as when picked up). Message me when you're on the way to ParkDIA to return the vehicle. Once you park it, please send me the location of where you parked it (Row__, Zone__) along with a few pictures of the vehicle.
