Vikenne and his wife were the best. They were prompt and very easy to work with. The care was extremely clean and well kept. We will be using them again in the future.

Car literally shut down on me while driving. Was stranded an hour away from home while I had to wait for tow truck. Host was nice but car isn’t reliable horrible experience!

Sorry the battery went faulty and the car left you staranded AT your destination. It is now replaced. We could not have predicted this as the vehicle had no issues on previous trips, INCLUDING the one that ended at 6 am that same morning.
As far as having to wait for a tow truck, you did not. I came and met you so you didn't have to do anything. I also was in contact with turo as soon as this happened to try to find you a replacement vehicle, which is not required of me.

I had unexpected car issues and she saved the day with the last minute rental. Car was super clean and convenient for what I needed. I’m extremely grateful for her and highly recommend her!!!
