**PLEASE NOTE** As mentioned in this vehicle's listing page, you will need to pay $11 to take the car out of the lot during check-in and an additional $11 for me to take the car out of the parking lot after drop off. The 2nd $11 will be requested from you through the Turo app after your trip is complete. TOTAL PARKING COST: $22 PICKING UP THE CAR: ——————————— Your vehicle will be parked and ready for pickup at Fast Park & Relax. Please follow the steps below to access your vehicle: 1. Once you exit the terminal, you’ll see an area for parking shuttle pick up. 2. Get on the FAST PARK (green & black) shuttle and let the driver know the car's parking location - I will send this (Row/#. Ex: J25) through Turo Messages or Text 3. When you get to the car, find the lockbox placed on one of the windows. 4. Enter the four digit lock combination to unlock - will send this closer to your start time. 5. Next, press down and pull forward the top metal latch to open… at anytime if you enter the wrong code, there’s a black latch between * and 0 that will reset your input 6. Grab the keys out of the RFID pouch, turn on the car, roll the window down slightly and remove the lockbox. 7. Place lockbox in either center console, glove compartment, or trunk for safety - you will need this again upon returning the vehicle. 8. Please take photos of exterior/interior, mileage, gas and upload to “Trip Photos” BEFORE driving this vehicle. This is to ensure that you’re protected under Turo’s Protection Policy 9. When you’re ready to leave, drive to the front of the parking lot and use the FastPark Rewards card found in the cup holder to exit using the Express Lane. 10. Insert the card into an express lane machine, then insert credit/debit card to exit - Please do not remove this card from the car 11. You will need to pay $11 to take the car out as mentioned in my vehicle's listing page. 12. Finally, have a blast in Austin! **Additional Instructions** 1. If you need to refuel, please use REGULAR gas 2. The car is equipped with Texas Toll Tag for your convenience which gives you discounted rates. Tolls used during your trip will be invoiced through Turo. PRIOR TO RETURN: ————————— 1. Please make sure that you refill the gas tank to the amount you received it with - Ignore this ONLY IF you’ve added “Prepaid Fuel” as an extra 2. Tidy up the car and remove and large pieces of trash - Ignore this ONLY IF you’ve added “Post-Trip Cleaning” as an extra **Failure to do the above may result in additional fees** - $10 Inconvenience Fee (automatically added by Turo) + Refuel cost for car returned with less gas than received - Up to $50 Cleaning Fee (based on severity) if car is returned with trash or excessively dirty RETURNING THE CAR: —————————— 1. Park at Fast Park & Relax (2300 Spirit of Texas Dr, Del Valle, TX 78617) 2. Once you arrive at the entrance gate, let the lot attendant know that you’re just dropping off the car and will need a ride to your terminal. 3. Insert the FastPark Rewards card at the entrance gate to enter the lot and place it back in the car - Please DO NOT take the card with you 3. After parking, take exterior, interior, mileage, and gas pictures - Turo app will prompt you to do this 4. Roll down the driver side window slightly, attach the lockbox, and roll the window back up 5. Place keys in the GOLDEN inner sleeve of the RFID pouch, then in the lockbox. 6. To close the lockbox - Enter the four digit lock combination, then pull down the metal latch and push to close. 7. Collect all your belongings! 8. Lock the car and ensure that’s it’s secure. 9. Take note of the car's parking location meaning Row/#. Ex: J25. You’ll be handed a card when you get on the shuttle. PLEASE ensure to text/upload a picture whenever you receive this card so I can locate my car  10. Hop on the shuttle and have a safe flight back home! 11. This was my first time using Turo and it went nearly flawlessly! I enjoyed not having to interact with anyone face to face. The only minor issue was the parking card for the lot did not have any “entry data” but the attendants were kind and waived the fee for me of having to pay a lost ticket. Communication was so quick and thorough!
