We are located on Orange Drive, between 441 & Turnpike, it's an Office facing the canal in a Plaza called Versatile Warehousing. Just look for our office, C&M Auto, 4723 and come on in!! Questions or directions, please call (754) 214-9315.

Guidelines

Thank you for renting my car!! I hope you enjoy your trip to the fullest. Here are some guidelines for you to have in mind: - Care. Please use the vehicle as if it were yours!! - No Smoking Allowed. - Fuel. Car must be returned with the same level of fuel they had at the start of the trip. Otherwise, a $10 inconvenience fee plus the cost of refueling will be applied. - Cleaning. Car should be returned in the same condition in which you receive it… (Check our EXTRAS for hassle free cleaning). If not, you may incur a cleaning fee from $30 to $250*, depending on the severity, and an administrative fee of up to $25”. “Whether you’ve had the car for a single day or for a month-long road trip, remember to vacuum up any dirt, sand, or crumbs, wipe up any sticky spots, and check the exterior for any significant dirt or mud that may need to be wiped down or washed off. - Tolls. Our Cars do not have SunPass. You may use your own transponder or use “Toll-By-Plate” only. You will be responsible for all the tolls used during your trip, plus a one time processing fee of $3.00 ** Please be aware that EXPRESS LANES are NOT Toll-By-Plate, they are SunPass only. SunPass fine is $25 each time you use this lanes, and it is your responsibility. - Time is Precious!! Please be on time for Pick-Up & Drop Off. We understand things happen, that’s why we have a 30 minute Grace Period. After this, it will be reported to Turo for either "No Show" or "Late" and fees will apply. Please know that last minute bookings after 10:30pm for same day pick up are not available as the car is parked in a lot that closes from 11pm to 6am. If you placed a reservation, please cancel.

Honestly speaking, other than cleanliness, pickup/dropoff convenience this has been the worst experience in my 2 years of using Turo. Camilo and the lady he was with were both stand-off'ish. When returning the car, I was not greeted, given a polite smile, a courtesy "thanks" or even a "bye". They did write me a good review as I returned the car in the same way I received it (gas and cleanliness). Once handing over the keys, Camilo kept opening and slamming the doors as if he was looking for a problem with the car. The car seemed as if I was driving an older model (2005) as the brakes weren't firm and it made funny noises when driving and reversing. I hope that they get the car serviced before renting it to another potential customer in the near future as Ionly had it for just over 24hrs and it wasnt even worth the fee that I paid; I shoulve used Lyft or Uber instead but you get what you pay for. I most definitely wont be renting from them again, as they were both very impolite.

Hi Kelsey, thank you for your feedback! I am sorry you felt that way about my service, as all of my other reviews say the opposite. As far as the vehicle, it performs in the way it is supposed to and all the service is up to date, if you were abusive of the vehicle and expect it to perform as a Luxury vehicle, then you should have rented a Luxury, not a basic economy car.
