Last minute surgery. But I offered customer a Uber/Lyft to my vehicle and to modify trip to waive the delivery fee because I have a key lock that lets you in an out of the vehicle.

You’re correct Frederic, when other people have booked the vehicle at a certain time, and it’s not possible to extend your trip because the car is booked. There is nothing I can do. Lol if that’s serious because you didn’t get your way, I understand. You still returned the vehicle late, and the renter had to wait in our home till you returned it, as you pleased. I said nothing to you, and still have you a 4 star rating. Have a blessed and wonderful good life cause I will!

Magnum is on point , car was very nice and drove as good as it looked. He responds to messages quickly, He was flexible and easy to work with . I would reccomend him to anyone .
