CHECK-IN PROCESS--> The check in process will be IN-PERSON at our hub location, which is a (Dollar Tree store). The address is 2900 Walnut Hill Ln Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75229. You will meet with one of the Co-host on the right hand side of the building where you see the wall in big flower graffiti and wording that spells out PLAZA in big black letters!, The keys will be handed off along with any other questions or concerns that might need to be addressed!

▪️Verification Process--> Please provide a copy of your drivers license front and back as well as a photo of you holding the license up to your face. You can upload these photos to the Turo app where it says "add photos. I appreciate your cooperation! ▪️‼️‼️⚠️🚭🚭🚭NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND🚭🚭🚭⚠️‼️‼️(a hefty fee will be charged if you smoke in my vehicle. It ruins the experience for the next guest and destroys the value of my vehicle. I will notice even if you tried to let the windows down....just don't do it.) ▪️‼️(TOLLS)‼️ If you drive through any tolls during the duration of your trip i will receive a master bill within 3-5 days that will then be billed out to your account accordingly.
