TURO REQUIRES A SELFIE WITH YOUR VALID DRIVERS LICENSE HELD NEXT TO FACE. ALSO A PIC OF JUST YOUR LICENSE. THESE CAN BE UPLOADED TO THE TRIP PHOTOS. NO PHOTOS = NO KEY. NO EXCEPTIONS NO SMOKING PLEASE. Smoke removal is $50 minimum.

Guidelines
NO SMOKING. PETS ALLOWED AS LONG AS CAR IS RETURNED CLEAN. Odor removal and deep cleaning will be from $50 up to $250. Please return vehicle Washed and vacuumed and gas tank full. Wash and vacuum will be $15 minimum which can be prepaid as an extra service. EzTag tolls and tickets will require reimbursement. Lost key fee is $350. Unfilled gas tank will be charged appropriately. Due to the pandemic we will be doing remote key hand off. Turo requires two photos. A selfie with your valid driver's license held next to face and one of just your driver's license. These can be uploaded to the trip photos or texted to 832 732 1416. No photos = No keys. No exceptions. You are welcome to wash the car at any Blue Wave location for free before returning. It is prepaid. Please leave a 5 star review as I will most likely do for you as well. I really just want to thank Noel for everything. This was my first time using Turo, and he made it very smooth for me. From pick up to drop off, to quickly responding to any questions that I had. I also, had my own issues he accommodated easily. (As far as flights, times, and things as such)... He let me pick up earlier than the time that I put, and drop off later than I said. No additional cost. I’m thankful for my experience. (ALSO USES THE CONTACTLESS PICK UP WHICH JS GREAT BECAUSE OF COVID). Thank you, thank you!
