What can I say, from the booking process to the return, John provided A+++ services, was transparent, professional, flexible, and worked to make sure the customer was well taken care of. The vehicle was extremely clean and gave me the security that it was sanitized, and ready to be driven in style, and is definitely in new condition, and shows well! Words couldn't express the gratitude I have for John and his family making my fiance and I Valentine's Day/Friends 40th Birthday weekend in Miami, one of my most memorable!

Erik was a great host, and the car was everything promised/shown and a ton of fun. He was an open communicator and made the pickup and drop off very smooth. He did a short teat drive prior to starting which I actually thought was a great idea and very helpful. We even got rained on (the full experience), and Erik was there supporting my every question and concern. I would definitely recommend erik to anyone looking for a overall great experience.
