2012 Toyota Camry. The car is in excellent condition. 4 cylinder, gas saver and a reliable option to travel. Extra clean in and out. Great for road trips in California. Always has been serviced from time to time. Cleanly kept vehicle. It can fit up to 5 passengers comfortably for long and short drives alike, making it perfect for families and small groups. We can deliver to different locations within Bay Area for an extra charge. For questions please read FAQs. If you still can't find answer to your question, kindly message us through the app. We clean, vacuum and sanitize our cars before every trip. Please return back the car in the same condition as you took it. Carwash if outside of the car is dirty. If car is significantly dirtier than it was at check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee. No pet or smoking is allowed. Any violation will be charged $250 by Turo.

  • How does airport delivery work?

    Airports in Bay Area do not allow curbside delivery. So, we will meet you at your terminal, drive 5 minutes away Starbucks or gas station and check in there. For check out we are going to meet again at the same place and we will drop you at your terminal afterwards. Please provide us your flight details so that we can adjust pick up time in case your flight arrives early or gets delayed. Also when you get out of the airport let us know your terminal and door numbers, and whether you are at departure or arrival level (at SFO sometimes passengers get out at departure level)

  • Are there any extra fees for airport pick up besides delivery fee?

    No, there will be no additional expense besides delivery fee. You will not have to pay high taxi prices to go somewhere to pick up the car. Please note that cab prices might be $30/$40 for SFO even for a very short distance. Take this into consideration when you book with someone who does not pick you up at the terminal.

  • Can someone else pick up the car for me?

    No. According to Turo guidelines only primary driver can pick up the car. Please see below for more information https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005228087-Additional-drivers-on-a-trip

  • Can I check out late?

    Yes, you can. For insurance coverage reasons we ask you to do extensions over the app only. Please send us trip change request and we will approve it if there is no conflicting trip after yours.

  • Can I check in early?

    If there is no short time between you and previous guest, then you are welcome to check in early. Please let us know if you want to. According to Turo rules: 1 - check in one hour before the trip is possible without any change to the trip. We just need to agree in app messaging and you need to start the trip in your app. 2 - for more than one hour, we need to change trip. Please send us change request and we will approve it.
