Welcome to the 2020 Mazda 3 hatchback, You will personally love this car your able to take it anywhere and look presentable. Mazda is built on all about the driver’s having the best experience. You can take this car on long drives or trips with no worries of filling up a 6-cylinder car. This car sounds amazing when putting a little to the gas. The vehicle is also a hatchback so you get that luxury to look back into your trunk and have that extra trunk space. The back seats are good for tall people they’ll fit comfortably. The vehicle is also pet-friendly, with a little extra pet hair cleaning fee. The trunk space is good for 3 pieces of luggage with some duffel bags. The seats are also leather and easy to clean up. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of gas to avoid penalties and an additional inconvenience fee of $10 Plus the cost of filling up the tank. Please no smoking in the vehicle. All cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits guests, passengers, and vehicle hosts from smoking in any car. This policy covers the use of but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana, or marijuana substitutes. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if this rule is violated, we appreciate you respecting the vehicle for our future guests. If you use the fast-track lanes or any toll roads, please let me know during checkout. Toll fees and parking citations will be the renter's responsibility to pay. Lastly, Please NO international trips for any vehicle.
Guests are responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls. If you fail to pay a toll within the allotted timeframe, you may be responsible for escalated charges. If you incur toll charges while on a trip, notify us as soon as possible. I have 90 days after a trip ends to send you an invoice for toll costs.
If you want someone to help you with the driving, you'll need to add them as an additional driver. Secondary 1. Have an account and be approved to drive on Turo 2. Access the vehicle only with the primary driver present 3. Drive only with the primary driver present
-Call Turo at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] for 24/7 customer support -Please report all accidents to Turo as soon as possible. Always obtain the following information of each driver, passenger, and witness (name, address, phone number, name of insurance company, and policy from the vehicles involved) -Take pictures or videos of the damage
If you get a flat tire, call Acura roadside assistance. call 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security. Once you’ve arranged for help, call me. If the tire is repairable, it might be best to do so. If there’s sidewall damage or the tire isn’t repairable, get my go signal to replace the tire with one of equal or greater quality. Pay for the cost of the tire at full price, regardless of tire use before the incident. You’re not responsible for replacing any of the non-damaged tires.
