Carlos is incredible. He was attentive to all my needs, including allowing me to pick the car up at midnight, placing a rear-facing child seat, and providing us with iPhone cables. The car drove well, was extremely clean, and smelled great. Carlos is providing a service far above anything you’ll find with the traditional car rental companies. In fact, he leaves them in the dust.
