The vehicle will be delivered before your trip and will be left conveniently parked with the keys inside a lockbox. The guest will check-in through the application and will be given access to the vehicle, via lockbox. We provide two FREE pick-up locations for our guests. North guests - can pick up our vehicles at the Shops of Merrick Park located at 358 San Lorenzo Ave. Coral Gables, FL 33146. This location is approximately 4 miles from the Miami International Airport. South guests - can pick up our vehicles at our office/warehouse located at 13295 SW 124th Street, Miami, FL, 33186 Unfortunately, Turo only provides the ability to list one home location for our vehicles. The listed home location will be one of the above listed locations. If you would like to pick-up the vehicle from one of these locations, please go ahead and book the vehicle from its home location and notify us of your pickup preference via messaging. ⚠️Airport Bookings⚠️ Miami International Airport - The vehicle will be delivered to the general airport parking lot prior to your arrival. The vehicle will be left unlocked, with the keys in the lockbox. The airport delivery fee is inclusive of all parking fees at the airport. Lastly, We leave my car sharing customers with a spotless car. We love to work with people and are very honest in the way we run our business. Guidelines

Return Policy: Car is always given to the guest cleaned and washed. Please return the car ON TIME and in the same condition as it was picked up in. If the car is returned and is noticeably dirty on either the inside or outside of the car, Turo adds a $30 cleaning fee to the reservation. Dirtier cars result in higher charges. Don’t worry, we run an honest business. ⚠️GAS⚠️- Car is given to renter with a full tank of gas. Please fill up the tank all the way upon returning the car. If returned with less than a full tank, there is an additional $10 convenience fee, plus the cost of the fuel. Please fill up ALL THE WAY to avoid fees! Tolls: The vehicle is equipped with a Sunpass prepaid toll transponder. All toll charges incurred during your trip will be charged by Turo. Tickets/ Toll Evasions: If we are sent a bill for a traffic ticket or a toll evasion, Turo adds a $20 convenience fee to the total cost of charges of the ticket. Cigarette/ Marijuana Smoke: If ashes or a strong smell of smoke from cigarettes or marijuana is left behind in the car after a rental period, Turo adds up to $250 in intense cleaning fees to the top of a rental. Late Arrival Fees: Please return the car on time. Other renters may be waiting on that car. Turo bills in increments of an hour (i.e., if the car is 15 minutes late, the renter is responsible for the first hour's late fee, and not 1/4 of that late fee). In the event of very substantial lateness, additional fines may be assessed. Late fees are $50/hour, up to $200 by Turo. Please read their "Late Return Policy" for more information. Disclosure All newer cars on the Turo platform are equipped with GPS Tracking. This is for insurance purposes and will not be used for anything else. Removal of tracker results in us getting a $50 fine that will get passed onto you. Removal of GPS tracking device is strictly prohibited.

Blueline car share was amazing. The car delivery and attention to detail was top notch. They were very quick in responding to any request or concern of mine. I had to extend my rental and they made that a smooth process which allowed me to focus on my trip. Definitely using them anytime I’m in the Miami area.
