Kindly ensure any pet hair is thoroughly vacuumed before returning the vehicle. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A $150 violation fee will apply for any smoking in the vehicle. Premium Fuel Only: Please use premium fuel for the vehicle and upload the fuel receipts to the trip photos for verification. Vehicle Condition: The vehicle should be returned in the same or similar condition as it was provided. While we understand that the exterior may get dirty, please do your best to avoid excessive mess or damage to the interior. Excessive interior damage or dirt may result in a cleaning fee.

Car wasn’t clean a/c barely works and brakes squeak.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned inside and out prior to your trip—photos had been attached for reference.
The brakes were replaced just two weeks before prior and no squeaking was present before or after. Apologies for whatever you may have experienced.
Regarding the A/C, it was inspected during your trip and found to be working exceptionally well—it actually blows very cold!🥶

Car has dings and scratches, smelled like weed and the brakes needed replacement.
Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, The car has no dings and only minor scratches on the hood typical for an 8-year-old rental. Brakes were inspected just weeks prior to your trip, by a certified mechanic and confirmed to be in good condition, stating no replacement needed at that time.
Additionally, The odor was not present before your trip but was upon return- and we chose to waive the smoking fee as a one time courtesy. We strive to provide a fair and professional experience!
