Description

Whoever said “You can't have it all" has never driven a 2012 Porsche Panamera 4. With most other cars, luxury and performance are either mutually exclusive or require compromises on each end of the spectrum. Not so with the Panamera, as the wizards at Porsche somehow blended the best of both worlds. Standard features within the cabin include dual-zone automatic climate control, a tilt-and-telescoping steering column, eight-way power front seats, driver memory functions, a cooled glovebox, heated front seats, leather upholstery, a 60/40-split rear seatback and rear bucket seats. Also standard are a hard-drive-based navigation system and an 11-speaker sound system with a USB/iPod interface and an auxiliary audio jack. The Panamera 4 differs only in that it has all-wheel drive.

All of our vehicles have tracking devices; they are only utilized in case of a situation where we need to locate the vehicle due to theft, excessively late returns, emergencies etc. Please do not tamper with the tracking devices.

  • “Where exactly do I pick up the car?”

    The exact address will be provided after booking. We’ll also message you with step-by-step instructions to make pickup smooth. Let us know if you need directions!

  • “Can my friend/spouse drive too?”

    Only drivers who are approved by Turo can drive the car. They’ll need to be added to the reservation and verified by Turo before the trip.

  • “Who do I contact if I get a flat tire or something happens?”

    If there’s a problem, message us through Turo right away. For roadside assistance, you can also contact Turo Support directly via the app or website.

  • “Can I bring my dog? Is smoking okay?”

    We have a no smoking and no pets policy to keep the car fresh for all guests. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep things clean!

  • “Will you be there, or is it remote?”

    Most of the time, a team member will be here Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. Most weekends will be remote. You'll still receive the lockbox code for the key once you complete check in instructions whether if there is a team member here or not.

  • “What happens if I’m running late for pickup or return? Can I adjust my pickup or return time?”

    Please request any time changes through the Turo app. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes depend on availability and Turo’s policy.

  • “Do I return the car with a full tank?”

    Yes, please return the car with the same fuel level it had at pickup. The level will be noted in the trip photos.

  • “Can I take the car out of state or on a long trip? Is there a mileage limit or travel restriction?”

    You’re welcome to take the car anywhere within the allowed mileage (listed in the trip). If you need more miles, we can discuss options before your trip starts. We recommend you select unlimited mileage before your trip so that you're not charged for going over.

  • "Am I allowed to leave my personal vehicle at the lot?"

    No. Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to leave their personal vehicles on our property. Our lot is reserved for active trip operations only, and we cannot accommodate guest parking at this time. Most of our guests: Get dropped off and picked up by a friend, family member, or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) Or leave their personal vehicle at a nearby public parking lot (e.g. a shopping center or store within walking distance)

  • “Why was I charged on my card immediately after I requested the “pay later” option ?”

    We are only in control of the vehicle. We have no control over the actual finances of the trip. You will need to contact Turo customer service to have them assist you regarding payments and extra fees.
