Dogs are welcome, but please return the car clean. Only you (or an additional approved driver) can operate the vehicle during your booking. If you need to add another driver, please do so in advance as it’s against Turo policy to drive a car without authorization (please remember insurance will cover ONLY approved drivers). • Can you deliver to the airport or my house/hotel?

  Sure. Just pick from the list of delivery locations and experience our VIP delivery services! It includes both drop-off and pick-up so you can save money, time and avoid unnecessary public transportation or ride-sharing. Also, it is typically less expensive than ridesharing!

• Do I have to refuel before returning the car?

  Rules are simple. You can pick "pre-paid fuel" when you book your trip and wouldn't need to worry about refueling or bringing it back with the same full tank of gas. If you don't have time to refuel - don't worry, we can get it done for you. We'll request reimbursement and you'll pay what we pay at the pump plus a $10 Turo convenience fee, which they charge by default per their policy.

• PRO TIPS on how to save money 🤑 by booking our vehicles on Turo:

  1. Pick our VIP delivery service to your house/hotel/airport for your best Turo experience. You have other things to do and your time is valuable — we can deliver the car to you when you need it (includes both delivery and pick up to your door/airport gate). Also, it is typically less expensive than ridesharing! 2. Planning to take a longer trip? Pick unlimited mileage and stop counting miles. Get pre-paid fuel and save time. This way you can bring the car back and we will take care of the rest! 3. Don’t be afraid to ask. First-time Turo rental? How to pair my phone to Bluetooth? How do I pay tolls... We’re here to help. In fact, if you send me a message via the Turo app you can expect an instant response. 4. Save time. Click on Trip Details, View/Add pictures, and snap a photo of your driver’s license before your trip. This way you can always check in (either in person or through a contactless pickup) and be on the way in no time. We take care of the whole check-in process and help you with anything you need!

• Do I have to wash the car before returning?

  Per Turo's policy, the car must be returned in the same condition as it was received (interior and exterior). If the car is returned dirty, it's considered a violation of Turo cleaning policy and may result in up to a $250 cleaning fee.

• Can I park my car while I rent yours?

  Sure, there is plenty of free street parking available right nearby.

• Can I smoke in the vehicle?

  Absolutely NOT. Per Turo's policy, you cannot smoke in or near any vehicle on the entire marketplace. That includes smoking, vaping, etc. Turo can fine you for up to $250 for the smoking violation and delete your Turo account.

• What if I'm running late or need the car earlier?

  Life can get busy and we know that. You can request an adjustment to your trip both via the Turo app and also website. Please click on Trip Details, and then on Modify Trip to request a change to your trip and if our car is available you'll be able to adjust your trip to your preference.

• What do I do about bridge/tolls/parking tickets?

  All of our cars are connected to FasTrack, which allows you to pass any tolls without stopping. After your trip, I will request reimbursement via the Turo app. You will pay the price of the toll(s) without any additional fees. When it comes to parking violations, you can pay any citations online and avoid extra $20 processing fee (per ticket). We have to manually connect every single charge to the specific trip and it takes time so it will be a fee unless you do it yourself...

• What fuel I should use when refueling?

  Regular gas/87-octane will work just fine for this car.

• Can I book your car if I go offroad or racing?

  Absolutely NOT. This is a direct violation of Turo policy. My 4x4 Jeep is capable of going offroad but we do NOT allow our guests to test the limits of any of our vehicles. You must follow only serviced roads. Per Turo policy, any physical/mechanical damages will be at the guest’s expense. We service our cars at a reputable chain shop that provides us with a detailed inspection of every oil change (every 3K miles). In the same way, if you do burnouts, donuts, and any car components (including tires) get abused you’ll be responsible for the replacement. We want you to enjoy our cars but we will never allow anyone to abuse them.

• Can I bring my pet?

  We LOVE pets. But if you'd like to bring your furry friend with you, please make sure to add our pet fee at the time of your booking to avoid any fees for cleaning violations post-trip. Please keep in mind that the pet fee won't cover any stains or interior damages.
