This was the first time I rented through Turo and Ricardo and Anay could not have made the experience any better. I was very late arriving, and it was amazing being able to pick the car up in the parking garage and not having to take the shuttle to the car rental area. The interior of the car was in pristine condition and very comfortable. Finally, returning the car was super simple. Ricardo met me right outside of departures, and I was on my way. Super simple and convenient!!
