I booked this trip last min bc I had a dr’s appt in Charlotte. Since the car was on the other side of town going toward Charlotte, we opted to pickup & drop-off the same day. Kenneth was adamant about no smoking in the car & maintaining speed limits bc he mentioned it more than once in the messages. I respect the owner’s wishes, but I was a little annoyed bc I don’t smoke & I sent a msg introducing myself as instructed, explained everything, yet a cpl of msgs were generalized which made me feel like my introduction & trip plan was a waste of time. I guess they rent several cars. I think the rental price could’ve bn lower considering the wear ‘n tear on the vehicle. It served the purpose & was safe.

It was a contactless pickup. I was given simple instructions. Process was easy.

The service was standard. The car was a smooth ride, but my reasoning for giving this trip a 3 star rating is due to the car smelling like cigarette smoke. And being told that I need to drive a certain speed or the car would alert the host! Being micromanaged was unprofessional. I have an incredible driving record, so being told that on top of the car smelling like smoke truly bothered my ride.The car was cleaned but there was so many air fresheners trying to cover up the cigarette smoke I had to ride with the windows down my entire trip and I was cold even with the heat on. My allergies were definitely bothered by the smell.
