For my first time trying it was great the way to start the new year off I don't understand the app things I don't know how to get to was kind of frustrating for me. But the car is good can't turn the music up too loud top speed 80.. thank you

Gets you point a to b. Makes loud knocking noise when using ac/heat and radio has issues with volume not working well. USB port also doesn’t charge at all.

Courtney, I’m so sorry that you did not have a first class experience. In 125 trips, you are the absolute only person that has complained. I noticed that this is your first trip on Turo. As I explained at our first contact, please reach out if there was anything that was not 100%. I never heard anything from you. Even when I reached out about you not filling the car with fuel. Perhaps you wrote this review after I had to submit an invoice and charge you for the missing fuel.
