Guest Instructions: The vehicle is parked in the ALDI grocery store parking lot in the row closest to and facing Garners Ferry Rd., (near the trees). It had a lockbox attached to the driver’s side window. Once the guest arrives at the vehicle, they should contact the host to be verified. The vehicle can only be picked up by the guest, who will be verified using the picture of their uploaded license. Verification requires the guest to take a selfie of themself standing near the vehicle. After successful verification, the host will provide the 4-digit lockbox code to retrieve the car key. Once the guest has entered the vehicle, the lockbox can be removed from the window and stored in the glovebox. The vehicle should be returned to the same location from where it was picked up. Please remember to reattach the lockbox to the window, lock the vehicle, return the car key to the lockbox, and ensure to close the lockbox. Take a picture of the parked vehicle showing the lockbox attached and notify the host of your trip end via the Turo app. Thanks and don’t to hesitate to contact the host with questions! Sincerely.
