NO Drugs: Any smell or sign of marijuana or other drugs will incur a violation cleaning fee. ⛽️Return vehicle clean and with full tank. Alternatively, you can choose the pre-paid fuel option under Extras when you book.

  • How are tolls handled?

    The host pays for all tolls upfront via the EZPass transponder equipped on all vehicles. All incurred tolls will be invoiced to the guest as a post-trip incidental usually within 10 business days. In rare cases, this could take up to 90 days depending on when EZPass post their toll transactions.

  • What is a faraday pouch?

    It's an RFID blocking device. This ensures the vehicle can't be maliciously accessed, hacked, or started.

  • Why book with me?

    Excellent customer service. Fast response times. Very informative. A positive rental experience boils down to price, convenience, and information. If either of those pillars are lacking, your rental experience is impacted. Every vehicle is cleaned and sanitized between every trip both inside and out. All windows are wiped. Every vehicle is well maintained by trusted local mechanics. NO fees for early return NO fees for routine cleaning (unless excessive cleaning is necessary) NO fees for tolls (only reimburse actual cost) NO upsell haggling or hassling NO waiting in long lines at the counter NO attitudes from receptionists Approx. 100 pre-trip photos are taken for every trip to capture every square inch of the vehicle for the protection of the guest and the host. You get to pick your ACTUAL car rather than a car type and wait to see what mystery vehicle you've been assigned.

  • Returned early?

    No problem! Let Tony know as soon as you've dropped off. This ensures that the vehicle is not left unattended for an excessive amount of time and allows more time to prep the vehicle before the next guest.

  • What are some common issues that guests should be aware of?

    A selfie holding your drivers license to your face is required to complete check-in. This can be done ahead of time, up to 24 hours ahead of your scheduled trip start. The photo should be clearly readable and clearly show the identify of the guest to ensure that this is the primary driver of the vehicle per Turo's TOS. The host cannot provide the unlock code until this step is completed. See https://help.turo.com/en_us/checking-in-a-guest-H1gsHEg4c for more information. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition it was in at pickup. Routine cleaning between guests is normal but if excessive cleaning is required then this could result in a reimbursement charge. Returning the vehicle without a full tank of gas incurs a $10 convenience fee imposed by Turo plus the cost of gas.

  • Are you flexible on extended days and mileage?

    Yes! As long as the vehicle is available beyond your reservation. Request for trip modifications can be done via the app.

  • BWI pickup/dropoff instructions?

    The vehicle can be picked up at Daily Garage ($12, covered parking). The host will pull a ticket and leave it in the vehicle, the guest will pay via credit card upon exit. (Personally, I prefer daily garage because it's covered and I don't have to stress about the weather especially with my luggage and having my friends and family with me.) BWI airport drop-off instructions: You park it at the Daily Garage, pull a ticket, and leave it in the vehicle. The host is responsible for paying this ticket upon exit. Message the exact parking spot to the host via the app. BWI offers free shuttles to/from your airline's terminal and public parking lots. Shuttles run approx. every 15 min. and takes about 5-10 min to get you to your terminal (with multiple shuttle stops along the way). Disclaimer: If you leave the vehicle unattended in an unauthorized location and local authorities have fined and/or towed the vehicle or any other fees incurred as a result, will be the responsibility of the guest and charged to you as a post-trip incidental.

  • How does contactless pickup/return work?

    You'll be provided the location of the vehicle and the unlock code up to 1 hour before the start of your scheduled trip after check-in is completed. For lockboxes: The keys will be locked inside the lockbox within a protected faraday pouch. The lockbox will be hanging on the driver side window. Upon return, leave the key fob in the faraday pouch and place it into the middle console. Leave the lockbox in the vehicle and lock the vehicle before you walk away. For door codes: The keys will be locked inside the vehicle within a protected faraday pouch inside the middle console. It was clean smelled a little funny but nothing too much but overall it was a pleasant experience!

The last guest smoked heavily in the vehicle so we had to use an abrasive cleaning and sanitization treatment on all hard surfaces, upholstery, and headliner. Normally we would air it out for several hours but unfortunately we didn't have the time. The weird smell would've been from the treatment that happened 2 hours before the trip started due to the last guest's late return. The ozium smell is completely safe but you either love it or hate 😂. I'm glad to hear it was a great experience!
