For default location: The car will be parked on the east side of the building, if the map brings you to the front please go around to the back. Please park the car back in the same area. For delivery check the messages on the app for instructions
•No smoking/vaping inside 🚭this vehicle. •Please be respectful and pick up after yourself when dropping off the vehicle. •If there is a spill in the vehicle (it happens) just make sure to clean it up right away to avoid any stains or stickiness.
Luckily we don't have a lot of tolls in Colorado. However, as a renter, you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the journey.
If any accident or traffic violation occurs please report any damage and incident during your trip to avoid any extra reimbursement and legal fees.

You are not expected to wash the car. However, Turo states that to avoid the added cleaning fee, you need to return the car not excessively dirty, so if you feel the car needs some love, please utilise the unlimited washes membership at Quick Quack Car Wash, they have multiple locations. I don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but I appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
Yes! As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available.
Regular unleaded, I do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
I do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount I do encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, I do charge per mile over the allotted mileage, this charge varies depending on the car but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
The vehicle handles well in the snow as there are upgraded all season tires installed and maintained. However, this only helps you "go" and does not help you stop in snowy/icy conditions, so regardless of the vehicle always drive at reduced speeds and with caution to give yourself extra time to slow down.
