While I wouldn't use Turo again (because of their outrageous fees, nothing to do with the host!), I'm very grateful for Chris and that people like him exist in this world. Otherwise I don't know what I would've done in such a bad situation when my car was in the shop and I had no backup plan.

The initial experience was highly satisfactory. The host demonstrated professionalism and promptness in communication. However, renting that particular vehicle type may not be suitable for Colorado Springs. The inconvenient pickup location, due to the vehicle's inability to be stationed at the airport, presents a challenge. Despite these factors, I am likely to utilize the service again in the future.
