Fern was a great host and very accommodating. I rented the car last minute and she was able to meet with me in the late hours of the evening. The car’s a/c however failed during Atlanta’s mid 80 degree weather. Fern did offer to have the issue fixed right away, but I was unable to meet due to a time constraint. I do recommend this car with the high MPG, as long as the a/c is back and working.
