The car itself was great, and the pick-up and drop-off were seamless and convenient. However, the vehicle was advertised as "smoke-free," yet it had a strong odor of smoke and possibly marijuana. The smell was overwhelming and made the entire weekend uncomfortable. Despite trying air fresheners, the odor persisted. It would be helpful if the owners ensured the car is properly aired out before renting it to the next customer.

I’m so sorry you had to deal with the unpleasant smell. I did offer you a different vehicle and you chose to stay in it but maybe next time we can make that happen. Not sure where you see the car advertised as smoke-free but this is a rental car business and people do break rules, unfortunately. My team ran an ozone machine and aired out the vehicle and others have rented it without complaint, but I will have them do it again since you have brought this to my attention. Thank you so much.
