I had a great experience with this rental car service. The car was clean, reliable, and in excellent condition. Drop-off and pickup were both handled on time, which made everything super convenient and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the overall service was professional and efficient. I would definitely rent from them again!

Hands down exceptional, customer service, and experience. Just a FYI, watch out where you park the car do not go to the hood. They are hitting parked cars.

So as a first time Turo customers, recommended by a younger generation of our family we couldn't have been more happy with our first time experience! Communication with our host was responsive. With storms in the area the airport was shut down. Our host understood the delay. We eventually arrived about 3 hours late our host was there to meet us. Communication was excellent. Same seamless experience returning the vehicle. Wow what a fantastic first time experience. Next time we are back in this market we will begin inquiry with this host because of the outstanding service and communication! We plan on using Turo on all future trips. Way better than traditional car rental companies and this is coming from senior citizens who traditionally only used the standard car rental companies. Never again!
