It is the guests responsibility to dispute any tolling errors with the toll agency. ➖ Airport parking: - Guests are responsible to pay all exit toll parking fees, up to $10. - Upon exiting, use the parking ticket to pay for parking, - If the fee is over $10, upload an image of the receipt to the messaging tab, and then contact turo support (help tab- chat) to file your reimbursement. Car quality was great, except for some minor dents and scratches. Car was nice on the inside, clean, plenty of room; and it got very good gas mileage and did very well in the snow. Pickup went well; pickup location was fine and the process went pretty well. The host I was able to chat with them right away on the app when I had any issues, and they answered right away, so that was good. The only thing I have to say is that it did say “Mini Cooper” on the actual car ? Labeled wrong on the app?

I booked the car to use it for a long trip I had to take. I wanted a car with Applecarplay and that’s what I expected. Come to find out, Apple CarPlay only works through a Smartmirror. Which DID NOT work. I tried to communicate with the Host and received no help at all. I had to write again and they lied and said they never had the issue before, when a review before clearly says the same thing. They tried to blame it on my device even though we tried it with three different iPhones. So it definitely wasn’t my device.
Apart from that, one light was out in the front, the gas wasn’t filled up when I picked it up and it still is expected to bring it back filled up. Over all, the host is not helpful and not responsive when you have questions. The only good thing was that the pick up and drop off is contactless and that they’re pretty flexible when it comes to that…. In case they answer you.
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: Apple CarPlay is supported via a third-party SmartMirror device, and we’ll inspect it to address any issues. The gas tank was documented as full in the trip photos, including one taken on 12/3 at 3:05 PM. After reviewing trip messages, we confirmed that each was responded to. We regret any inconvenience and appreciate your positive remarks about the pickup/drop-off process. Your feedback helps us improve for future trips.
