It is the guests responsibility to dispute any tolling errors with the toll agency. ➖ Airport parking: - Guests are responsible to pay all exit toll parking fees, up to $10. - Upon exiting, use the parking ticket to pay for parking, - If the fee is over $10, upload an image of the receipt to the messaging tab, and then contact turo support (help tab- chat) to file your reimbursement. Receipt image required, no exceptions. You will be credited the amount you paid, less $10. Vehicles are located at Plank RD Plaza and typically parked in the parking spaces closest to the road, directly in front of Venezia Pizza. All pickup's are contactless, vehicles will have a lockbox or keypad on the drivers door.

No off-roading, towing, hauling trash/debris/equipment. This car is for on road, personal use only. No pets! Unless permission is granted in writing via the Messages Tab. Usage: ➖https://help.turo.com/prohibited-uses-Hyi0E4l49 - Using the vehicle for Doordash, Uber, etc. is prohibited and can result in fines or the termination of the rental. Smoking: ➖https://help.turo.com/en_us/no-smoking-policy-or-guests-SyW04NgN9 - We have a 0 tolerance policy for smoking/vaping/etc. - $150 no questions asked fine and possible account suspension.

Would happily rent this Car again in the future. Pickup was easy, I was able to extend the trip by a day and switch to an airport drop off. We encountered an issue with the tire at the start of the trip and they sent someone out to my home at 10pm to fix it. Great service, fast response time, and gracious. Thank you!

This car was great! It was clean upon pickup. Pickup & drop off at the airport was easy and convenient, especially since we landed past 1am. They responded quickly to any questions or needs in a friendly manner. I will definitely be renting from them again when I return. Thanks for making this trip that much better!

The pickup location was easy. The host provided good check-in instructions. We had some difficulty with the actual vehicle. Every time we turned the car on, it alerted us that the trunk was open. I would exit the car and close the trunk. The next time we turned the car on, it said the trunk was open again (even though we never touched the trunk). The rear camera did not work either (most likely due to the defective trunk sensor). Interior lights would also go on—without us pressing any buttons. At one point, this occurred at night on the highway and it made driving difficult. I reached out to the host, but never received a response.
