We are billed by EZPass, and forward the bills to the guests. - Tolls are billed by plate (LEH4006) or transponder (00413667503). - If we receive any toll bills, parking tickets, other files, guests will be billed accordingly. - If a guest brings their own toll transponder, and we receive a toll bill, the guest will be billed by us. It is the guests responsibility to dispute any tolling errors with the toll agency. ➖ Airport parking: - Guests are responsible to pay all exit toll parking fees, up to $10. - Upon exiting, use the parking ticket to pay for parking, - If the fee is over $10, upload an image of the receipt to the messaging tab, and then contact turo support (help tab- chat) to file your reimbursement. Receipt image required, no exceptions. You will be credited the amount you paid, less $10. Vehicles left in Garage parking, Short term, or Economy parking will be charged an additional parking fee equivalent to the 24hr rate in the given lot. ➖ - Guests are responsible to pay exit parking fees for all other delivery locations up to 24 hrs prior to the trip start time. (Amtrak, MTA, etc). Fees over 24 hrs, guests may file reimbursement (see above). Receipt image required, no exceptions. ➖ - Vehicles contain multiple GPS trackers. Any removal, tampering, or blockage of these devices will result in the immediate repossession of the vehicle at the guests expense, along with additional fees associated. ➖
