Communication was not great. Arrived at 12:30 am and was told we would have the location of the car and instructions on how to get into the car by arrival. We had to call at our arrival time to get these instructions as they were not provided beforehand as stated. Car smelled like smoke. Was told we would have to pay a small fee to get out of the garage, ended up being $20 which is not a small fee after having to already pay a $75 delivery fee. After arriving so late at night, having to spend another 45 minutes trying to find the car and figure out how to get in the car, we were incredibly frustrated and tired.
