This was my first ever experience with Turo. Overall, this was the best trip. Nathaniel is great at replying back and he tried his best to help me in any way he could.

I will say I was never able to get the aux to work, however, that was such a small thing, it didn't matter too much to me in the end.

I will definitely be booking with him again!

Firstly, I want to say this by far the most professional and accommodating host I’ve ever had on turo. I had another vehicle from Nate and it ended up having some mechanical issues during my trip. The following morning he had this focus ready for me and I really appreciated his sense of urgency on the matter as well as his mannerisms. Now to the car, if you are looking for a vehicle that runs basically perfect on fuel, this is your sign to book the focus! The car drives very well despite its age. If you have things to do in the city or going on a road trip, you will not regret it. Thank you again Nate, looking forward to working with you in the future!
