VEHICLE USE GUIDELINES Thank you for booking with us! To ensure a smooth and safe experience for both parties, please follow these important guidelines: General Rules 1. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of up to $150 will be charged if evidence is found. 2. No Pets (Unless Approved) Pets are not allowed unless previously approved. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet hair or odors are detected. 3. Approved Drivers Only Only drivers who are verified and approved through the Turo platform may drive the vehicle. No exceptions. 4. No Racing or Off-Roading The vehicle may not be used for racing, off-roading, burnouts, or any aggressive driving. 5. No Speeding or Reckless Driving Obey all traffic laws. Speeding or reckless driving may result in fines, cancellation of the trip, or suspension from Turo. Fuel & Cleanliness 6. Return with a Full Tank Please return the vehicle with the same level of fuel it was delivered with (typically a full tank unless otherwise noted). 7. Return Clean Return the vehicle in the same clean condition it was received. A $150 cleaning fee may apply for excessively dirty or trashed interiors (e.g., spills, food, stains, strong odors). Trip Management 8. No Unauthorized Extensions All trip extensions must be requested and approved through the Turo app before your original trip ends. 9. Report Damage Immediately Notify us and Turo immediately of any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues. 10. Respect Return Time Late returns may result in additional charges.
