Brandon was an excellent to work with, he was very friendly and checked in on me regularly. He really impressed me because I had the misfortune of another vehicle jerking into me and causing minor cosmetic damage to the rear corner of his vehicle. When I told him of this, the 1st thing he asked was if everyone was okay. I felt pretty bad about what happened, but Brandon is so awesome and understanding. I know it must have been frustrating for him, but he has directed absolutely none of it at me and has been nothing but friendly as we work to resolve it. I will definitely be reaching out to him if I need a rental in the Cincinnati area again... and if he doesn't think I'm bad luck lol XD. Thanks Brandon.
