Can I smoke in the Vehicle?
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED! An automatic charge of $150 will be withdrawn if the vehicle has been Smoked in.
Do I need Insurance?
Ritz Rentals requited Turo's Standard Protection Plan for all rentals - Unless you have an auto insurance policy that covers "Car Sharing"
What is an improper drop off?
Improper returns are not permitted and Turo adds a fee based on the infraction. It's important that you coordinate with the Host to avoid any issues, confusion during the trip. I am not permitted to leave the vehicle anywhere else besides what was discussed with the Host.
How and when do I get all the instructions for my reservation?
Once all the questions have been answered the host will help finalize your reservation and instruct you on all logistic details for your trip.
What happens if I forget to tank up the vehicle?
Ritz Rental will tank up the vehicle for you, then after submitting the receipt Turo will ask you to cover the gas and a $15 inconvenience fee.
What are the General Rules?
- Be ON TIME for "Pick up and Drop off" - Tolls and Tickets are covered by the GUEST. - Returned vehicle will need to be with a full tank of gas (Full tank will be given upon reservation) - Please clean after yourself upon returning the vehicle.
