*****Due to the fact that I am the first person to take a trip with Steve and his FIAT I am going to give a fully detailed review. I hope it helps! ***** ****I’ll start by reviewing Steve as a host**** • I feel that Steve is a really great host!! •There was an issue with the rear license plate light bulb but Steve immediately ordered the bulbs and replaced it the very next day! • Steve did that without any hesitation and without trying to hold it off until I returned the vehicle unlike what I’ve been told by other hosts for similar issues which I respect and appreciate so much! • Steve also was very good at communicating with me the entire duration of my trip! I never had to wait too long for his response which is great! • Steve was open to my needs for extending the rental which I ended up keeping for 4 extra days all with no issue and immediate confirmations. • So Steve as a host gets 5 ⭐️ ! ****My review of the FIAT as a vehicle**** • My trip came included with a disposable face mask which I found thoughtful. • The key fob buttons all worked for me excluding the trunk button. • The FIAT comes with a wide view tinted custom rear view mirror. It takes a little getting used to, but once you get accustomed to seeing thru it the view isn’t bad! • The sports mode feature on here is by far thee best sports mode vehicle I have experienced so far on Turo! My goodness the giddy up of that horse power is something special! I used it faithfully on the freeway but for the streets it’s too much power so I don’t recommend turning it on, but that’s just my opinion. • The gas mileage is great as well and it doesn’t cost a lot to refill the tank either! • The phone does connect to Bluetooth for phone calls but I was unsuccessful in connecting my media. I also don’t have an aux cord for my iPhone so I wasn’t able to try that out. • The tire pressure light stays on due to a malfunction with the sensor... I found out about the malfunctioning sensor thru Steve the following day after I went to the air pump and ensured all the tires were filled to where they needed to be but the light didn’t shut off. • The car was a bit banged up on the outside with some scratches and minor dents. • The car was pretty banged up a bit on the inside as well such as the following... - The link that connects to the lever that’s is used to lift the passenger seat (the top one not the side one) is broken (luckily you can just use the side lever to push the seat forward to gain access to the back), - The driver seat armrest inside the car broke apart and is being held together with hair ties, - The buttons on the radio are faded away so you cant read them (I was able to easily flip thru the stations using the steering wheel which I’ll go over those details later), and - The seats are a bit torn (honestly Steve could purchase some seat covers and that would be a simple fix to that), but other than all the above mentioned things the FIAT is in pretty good condition!! • Going back to the steering wheel features (which came as a very nice surprise)... the left side buttons controls answering/hanging up the phone and mute and the right side controls the cruise control. • Now the surprise I was mentioning is the hidden buttons on the rear side of the steering wheel! You can’t see them but if you feel around the backside of the steering wheel there are buttons there! The rear left buttons will allow you to seek thru stations & presets and the buttons on the rear right give you access to the volume control and the station modes (AM/FM). ****Overall**** • In my opinion I feel that the FIAT is just a great little car and Steve is a top notch super host! • I always wanted to drive a FIAT, but I don’t care for automatic transmission so I was very happy to find this new listing! • You won’t be disappointed renting this car! • Even if you have any issues Steve will go above and beyond to fix them so you can have a safe trip! • 5/5 from me 🤩 • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
