The vehicle also has child safety features and hook ups. So a child safety seat(s), correctly placed in the back seat is mandatory for use with children under 50 lbs. Booster seats are highly encouraged for children under 10 years old and under 90 lbs. **📞 Communication is Key 📞** Open communication is essential. This policy helps maintain a clean and fresh interior, ensuring a pleasant experience for all occupants, especially those using the vehicle after you. Please refrain from smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Removing the smell of smoke from the vehicle is nearly impossible and ruins the interior of the vehicle. All violations will be reported to TURO immediately. **Consequences of Violation:** 1. **Cleaning Fee:** A significant cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke odor or residue is detected inside the vehicle. 2. **Future Bookings:** Guests who violate the no-smoking policy will be restricted from booking with us in the future. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our vehicle smoke-free. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out before your trip begins. **🚗 Adhering to Speed Limits 🚗** Your safety is our top priority. Please be mindful of speed limits and drive responsibly during your trip. Excessive speeding not only jeopardizes your safety but can also impact the well-being of the vehicle. Kindly observe all posted speed limits and traffic regulations. **Consequences of Violation:** 1. **Reporting** There is a telematic device in the vehicle. So guests who are observed excessively speeding for an extended period of time may be reported to TURO. 2.**Future Booking** Driving recklessly can lead to being removed from the TURO platform as a guest. **⏰ Timely Returns ⏰** Respecting the agreed-upon return time is crucial. If, for any reason, you anticipate being late, please communicate with me in advance. Late returns are always an inconvenience to other guest who have already reserved the use of the vehicle. So if you need the vehicle for an extended period of time beyond your originally scheduled trip. Just let me know and if I do not have any other pending reservation for the vehicle. I will extend your trip without any problem. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. **Consequences of Violations:*** 1. **Fees** Late returns without prior communication will always result in additional fees. 2. **Reporting** Returns extending beyond 24 hours without notice, can result in police reporting and potential prosecution for embezzlement. **Telematics.** This vehicle has a telematic device installed which tracks all mechanical metrics and analysis from the vehicle's computer system as well as location tracking. • Do you allow smoking in the vehicle?

  Smoking is absolutely not allowed. The smell of the smoke coming from a cigarette and or any other smoking-based product is nearly impossible to remove from the interior of a vehicle. Attempting to clean the smell of smoke is extremely time consuming and expensive. Not to mention, it ruins the experience of driving the vehicle for the next guest. Having to charge a guest for smoking inside of the vehicle is not something I particularly want to do. So to avoid the trouble of me doing so. I respectfully ask you as my guest, please respect this rule and just do not smoke inside of the vehicle at all.

• Can I drive this vehicle on or through a Toll Road?

  Yes you can drive this vehicle through a Toll Road because the vehicle is equipped with a California Toll Pass Transponder. Just know that at the conclusion of your trip, I will forward you the toll road charges. I will take photos of your usage and billing statement and place it into your trip profile on TURO. There you will be able to see the toll company (OC Toll Roads) displaying your usage as well as the charge specific to your trip. Keep in mind that you can only travel on California Toll Roads. I do not have access to Toll Roads out of state.

• Where will the vehicle be parked?

  The vehicle will be parked at 6939 Schaefer Ave Chino CA, 91710. This location has a large parking lot where the vehicle will always be situated directly across from the UPS Store and Fantastic Sam’s. The car is equipped with a lock box which will be affixed to one of the vehicle windows. Inside of that lockbox you will find the single car key. The code to the box is will be provided to you before your designated pickup time via the TURO messaging app. Thanks for booking!

• Do you allow pets?

  Unfortunately, not. If there is any pet hair, stains or the smell of a pet left in vehicle. I will have to report it to TURO and potential cleaning fees will be accessed. This is a vehicle that gets used by many guests and some may be allergic to pet hair which could potentially harm them. I have to maintain a neutral position and ensure the vehicle is clean and acceptable for everyone who drivers or travels in it. So please if you would folks, no PETS! Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.
