I will either meet with you or drop off the car around this location and remotely unlock, whichever works best for both of our schedules. Will be in touch with details!
Guidelines
Premium gas only please! (91+) Please keep all receipts in the glove box, I will need to charge a fee of $75 if these are missing. No smoking please, Turo charges up to $150 for any smoking. Please do your best to clean up the vehicle before returning it, I would really appreciate it! Any spills or stains in the car will be charged for according to Turo's cleaning policy. Also if you have not pre purchased fuel through Extras, please fill the car back up to the level it was received at. Turo will charge an extra $10 convenience fee on top of the missing gas.

Any suggestions while we are staying in Chicago?
For those who are new to Chicago I'd definitely recommend for shopping to go over to Bucktown area, or to 900 Michigan and all the other stores down Michigan Avenue. In terms of restaurants, most are limited to just outdoor dining, some indoor dining options include Etta in Bucktown, MingHin, The Publican, and Virtue in Hyde Park. Most of the garages downtown are extremely expensive, I would recommend booking a parking spot if needed ahead of time with an app such as SpotHero. I've been in Chicago for most of my life, and if you are looking for cool things to do or places to eat while you are in town for a trip feel free to let me know and I'll tell you more of my favorite spots!
Can I make any adjustments to the trip or can you accommodate my special request?
I will do my very best to accommodate any request you have, just reach out to me before or after booking and I will let you know what can be done. Any extensions must be put in before the end of the trip. You may also reach out to me at (312) 774 - 8919 with any questions prior to booking.
Do I need to do anything special for Chicago's toll roads?
No, the car already has an I-PASS so you may take any toll roads around the Chicagoland area! I will charge the amount of any tolls accrued during your trip a few days after the return of the car.
What happens if I receive a red light ticket or parking ticket during the trip?
For any type of tickets received during your trip, they usually show up in my mailbox about a month afterwards, and I am able to charge the card used to book. If you would like to fight against the ticket with the city, I can transfer ownership over to you just let me know!
How does delivery work? Do I have to go anywhere special at the airport?
For delivery to any airport, I will usually meet you in terminal or leave the car in the parking garage. If I am able to meet with you for your trip, we will be meeting at ground transport outside of baggage claim, as if you were getting picked up by a friend, in the outermost lane. Just let me know when your outside, and which vestibule/door number you will be by. I will trade off keys for the car right there! Similar process for pickup at the end of your trip, will meet you in departures to grab the car back or can be left in the parking garage! In terms of other types of deliveries, we will work out details. For any locations within 5 miles of West Loop, Naperville, and Central Street in Evanston you can type in the address as the location you'd like the car to be delivered when booking. For anything outside of that 5 miles shoot me at a text ahead of time at (312) 774 - 8919 to discuss pricing and details.

Car drives smooth! The the AWD was awesome in the snow, as were the BOMB A$$ snow tires Rob has on the vehicle. Rob dropped it off on time at ORD & was flexible in allowing me to return it to MDW for no extra charge. Seamless trip.
