Michael was very accommodating. Checking in/out process was a breeze. I’ve used 2 of Michaels cars so far & both experiences went very well. I will definitely use again.

I would NOT recommend renting this car or from this owner. Upon booking I had seen some recent reviews that the battery was dead and the owner was unresponsive. I had to message him twice to get an update if the battery had been replaced prior to my pick up. Upon picking up, I noticed the car has significant damage to the bumper. It's literally taped on!! The interior was dirty, stained, and had holes. The car smelled really bad, and the owner didn't have the decency to fill the gas (or let me know it wasn't full). Once I got on the road (specifically the highway), I noticed there is no cruise control, causing you to burn through gas much faster than you should with a small car like this. Upon getting to 75 on the highway, you can feel and hear the bumper barely holding on, it's shaking, it's dangerous. Additionally, the brakes need love, you have to go practically to the floor with the pedal to brake. Messaging with the owner seemed like blanket statements. The lack of communication about the car's condition was something that is not worth saving a few dollars on his cheap car. Will not rent again from him, spend a few dollars and get a nicer vehicle.
