The windshield wiper fluid sprayer didn't work - either due to a lack of fluid or because they were broken. Other than that, the car ran great and served the purpose I needed it for.

I have rented from Michael several times now. He responds quickly, and pickup and dropoff are a breeze. The car was a little loud, as one reviewer commented, but it didn't bother me. It's more of a gentle hum than an obnoxious rumble. The car drove great!

Pretty solid car all around, great for local trips. The car drives really nicely, and pickup and drop off were smooth. Need to replace the aux cable though, couldn't get anything but static, and given the car's age it doesn't do anything close to 50 MPG as advertised, more like 36 MPG in our experience, which was all highway without much slow traffic. The car is also loud, which was surprising for a Prius, known for being quiet. It's a decent bargain option, but if you're going over 45 mph, you can barely hear the radio.

The car was great, very comfortable. I had no problems, and communication was prompt, friendly, and thorough. Great car, great host, great trip! :)
