Prius C is very clean, well maintained and kept up to date. Non-Smoking car. ***Professionally sanitized and cleaned after every trip. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid a no-show fee, please upload the following mandatory items to “trip photos” before picking up the car and within 24 hours of the trip start: 1. A photo of your drivers license. 2. A photo of yourself holding your license. To receive the car key, please make sure your driver license information matches with the information provided on the app (such as name and date of birth). We have extra car seats available upon request. Feel free to add those in extras. An iPASS also included for tolls roads. If used, actual tolls charges will be submitted through Turo for reimbursement after the trip. iPass Transponder # 1511696087 / 150011696087 is included in the car to track toll ways usage. BEING LATE FOR RETURN: running late - extend your reservation accordingly. Per Turo policy it is better/cheaper for you to extend then paying late fees. CLEAN UP: I make all the efforts to provide you the cleanest condition possible. In case cleaniness is not up to your expectation, please let me know, and I will resolve it. I expect you to return the car in the same condition you received it. I make pictures of the interior/exterior before and after the trip. Please clean after yourself in case you messed up. Otherwise, refer Turo policies for Cleaning charges. (Sorry if it sounds very obvious...) NO SMOKING! Smoking fee is steep! The car is located 5 minutes from O'Hare terminals easily accessed from airport on CTA train or Uber. iPass Transponder # 1511696087 is included in the car to track toll ways usage. Please, ensure driver's license photos uploaded to the trip photos as requested to avoid delays. O'Hare train directions: From the luggage or arrival area, look for CTA signs (Chicago Transit Authority) , and follow directions to the ground level of the airport (2-3 minutes walk). Train departs one way only, towards the city Loop. From the ground level of the terminal, take CTA blue line train to Cumberland station (2nd station). Exit from the station to North side - Higgins Rd side. Go across overpass and you will end up in the park and ride lot.

Dmitri is a good host and very quick to respond to questions. The pickup at the airport was worth the extra money as I had to swing around and pick up relatives waiting at the terminal. It was the first time I had driven a Pruis, and I never really figured out how to know when it was ready to go. Other than that, it is a solid little car, and I liked getting 50 mpg. Unfortunately, when I stopped for a break as I was driving out of the city, I noticed that all 4 tires were badly worn. When I brought this to Dmitry's attention he offered to exchange the car, but by that time I was on my way and I figured I would chance it, which worked out ok. After the trip he got back to me and said he put on 2 new tires. Overall, I liked the experience of getting a car through Turo. Now, I am aware that these are older cars, and you are in your host's hands as to how well the car is maintained.
