Note: -If there is ANY smell of smoke regardless of physical evidence, you will receive a 1 ⭐️ rating which can eventually have you removed from the app -If you don’t want to pay the delivery fee, you can take an Uber/Lyft to the pick up location instead. -This vehicle does NOT deliver to O’Hare, Midway Airport only. -*Toll pass included to get through tolls but you pay for tolls*

I did not cancel. The guest’s check in was at 1am and I didn’t answer the phone when she could not get the lock box open although I sent clear directions to her phone 6 hours before her trip time.
