IT WASNT THE CAR I RESERVED..NOT ENOUGH COMMUNICATION WHEN ASKN A QUESTION..N THEY WANTD TO CHARGE ME $102.35.. FOR A HOUR OVER…RIP OFF…

Like we communicated, you need to make the extend request if you want to extra use. You just want to extend your trip time without paying anything. Also, when you make the request you are not paying me 102, you also need to pay for service and insurance that I have no control for that. Why you blame us on that? And after we refused, you call us “how foolish” which is very disrespectful. So do not rent from us.
