Paying for AIRPORT parking?
Upon exiting the facility the GUEST is responsible for paying for parking. Price ranges from $15-$22. Upon drop-off the HOST is responsible for paying for parking.
Is charging free?
Charging is NOT free. Reimbursement will be submitted post trip, after check-out.
How do tolls work (I-Pass)?
Illinois has tolls that must be paid as you pass them. This vehicle is equipped with an I-pass device that bills me for tolls. You will be invoiced for the tolls used after your trip.
Will you be meeting me in person?
No - I stepped away from in person meeting as I aim to set proper expectations over messages.
Does the Tesla have full self-drive?
No - vehicle comes with autopilot but does not have FSD.

first time booking a Tesla wasn’t pretty much what I expected that was at 75% so I had to charge same day wasn’t the cleanest but overall it rise good

Talitha, we deliver the vehicle with 75% to all guests. It’s not recommended to charge past 80% for daily driving. Also, you left the A/C on overnight which is why Tesla sent you a notification saying climate control has been left on for an extended period - you had to charge the next day, not the same day. A/C uses more energy on any vehicle, this is a renowned vehicle concept. We apologize that the front passenger wheel was dirtier than usual, this is the only area we saw dirty in the pics.

Great host! Very communicative. Car was very clean. Additionally, made it super easy for return. The smooth return process made it easier for me to get to airport and still have time to buy my mother Garrett’s popcorn.
