It was an easy pick up process.

I had to rent a car at the last minute so only Teslas were available. Having never driven one before I was hesitant at first, but Bobby made this process a breeze. I was able to pick up the car within minutes, and he sent me some very helpful tips about charging. The car was in great condition and ran great. I highly advise that you give yourself at least 30 minutes to get acclimated to the car. Everything from the door handles to turning on the car to charging is different, but the car has a very useful digital owner’s manual with photos. I also had to end my trip a day early, and again Bobby confirmed the change within minutes. Could not have been smoother!

We rented the car for the day so we could go to Six Flags Great America. Car was easy to find, easy to access, and interior was clean. Instructions for car were great and easy to understand. Also Bobby had very good/fast communication!
