The host canceled the car we were originally supposed to get the day of and minutes before pick up… which was not the same car, equal to or an upgrade car of what we booked. The blue tooth did not work in the car as I explained to the host so we had to stop and buy an aux cord so we could listen to music , the charger port didn’t work in the car so our phone went dead and we are not from the city. Myself and my husband explained to the host that it was not a better car, equal to nor an upgrade car. I also explained I was not happy with the car now that I was able to physically look at the car because the host called me and he stated we had to get another car . Of course we had to go along with it because the car was already paid for and we were in the middle of the airport headed out to pick up the car with no other options. We will not book with the host again.
