This car is great for your rental car needs. Stylish. Sporty. Low mileage. Leather seats. Clean interior. Rear seat warmers. Bluetooth/Apple Car Play/Android compatible. Comes with 2 USB ports in the armrest and 2 more in the back seat. Indoor lights under seats to give a cool ride at night. Due to COVID, contactless pickup usually preferred. Accommodating if preferred contactless or not. I’ve addressed most applicable guideline inquiries in the “Guidelines” section of this listing. Guidelines

​​Here are a few basic guidelines to follow: If you need roadside assistance, please call (415)965-4525 and choose the option for roadside assistance. In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is in the glovebox and is also available on the app when you view the trip details. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and state of vehicle), driver license info (name, address, and driver license number), and insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents. If you need to speak with a Turo customer service representative, their number is (415)965-4525. Please message us, Ultragate, a few pictures that clearly show the damage to (424)279-3293 and report the accident to Turo using: https://turo.com/resolutions The allowed miles for your trip are listed on Turo. The “Total miles included” on Turo is the limit for your entire trip. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included for your trip. There will be a fee for additional miles driven. Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you pick up the car. If you do not return the car with the same amount of gas, you will be charged the cost of the gas and a $10 fee for not returning the car with the same amount of gas. The car will be clean. Please get a car wash that washes the outside and vacuums the inside before returning it. If you pick up the car clean but return the car dirty, you will be charged at least a $20 post-trip cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be much higher if there is a scent of any type of smoke. You do not need to get a car wash if you prepay for the post-trip cleaning “Extra.” However, there will still be a fee if there is a scent of any type of smoke even if you already prepaid for the post-trip cleaning “extra.” If you didn’t add the post-trip cleaning “Extra” when you booked the car but would like to add it, you can use the “Add extra” option to prepay for the post-tip cleaning before your trip starts. The car needs to be returned by the scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo. If you think you will not be able to return the car by your scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo, please use the “Change trip” and “Change trip length” options to extend your trip before it officially ends. If the car is not returned by the scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo, you will be charged an additional usage fee, a late fee, and an improper return fee. If you get a parking ticket, please pay the ticket right away. If you don't pay the ticket as soon as possible, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1) the cost of the ticket, 2) all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3) and a $30 processing fee per ticket. The car is not equipped with a toll pass. Please do not take any toll roads without paying the toll. If you take a toll road, we will get a copy of the toll in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1) the cost of the toll, 2) all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3) and a $5 processing fee per toll. If the vehicle is towed to an impound lot, it is your responsibility to retrieve the vehicle immediately. It is your responsibility to pay for all fees associated with the ticket, tow, and storage. Please contact Turo to get a copy of the rental contract and receive instructions on how to retrieve the vehicle. Make sure you follow all applicable rules of the road. If you run a red light that takes your picture, you will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record. Don’t drink and drive. Don’t text and drive. Don’t smoke in the car. Don't drive the car out of the United States (i.e. Canada or Mexico). Pets are not allowed in the car. However, service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Please remove all of your belongings and all trash before returning the car - including any parking permits, garage clickers, and keys on the keychain. If you'd like to add additional drivers, here's how you add additional drivers without an additional charge: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990880-Are-my-passengers-allowed-to-drive-How-do-I-add-a-driver- The name on your Turo account, the name on the driver license uploaded to your Turo account, and the name of the person who picks up the car all need to match.
