Everything was perfect. It’s my second time with CarRORO and I’ll definitely rent with them next time. Highly recommend!

There was some considerable damage on the front of the car. The steering was very shaky and jerky. We didn't know the car would be so old that it had roll-down windows (not automatic). You also needed a key to open each door manually (including the trunk).

There was absolutely NO damage in the car. Not sure how you get that impression. Car is also a 2022 model year, not “so old” like you described. It drives totally fine and no other guests made any complaints, so I believe it’s very likely to be a user error.
