Great experience! Arrived after shuttle hours, taxi to pick up location was 5 minute drive and under $20. Someone was there, we were checked in and handed keys in less than 5 minutes. We were allowed to leave the trunk cover behind which was helpful since it’s a small vehicle, but it was reliable and met our needs. We were running late to return the car and I messaged the host and received a quick, graceful response. We took the shuttle back to airport, they already had a car seat installed so we did not need to use our own. As a parent of a toddler I cannot overstate how helpful that was in the moment. We did not wait around at any point. This will be my go to whenever I’m in Chicago.

Incredible! Would 100% recommend. They made it SO EASY to pick up and drop off the car- saved me a ton of time on both ends. Very affordable as well compared to many other places I’ve rented from!
