Ulukbek is a great host and the service was courteous and very professional. The car was maintained very well and we loved our experience renting his car. Will do it again when in the Chicago area!

I was so hesitant to rent from Turo because I’m used to renting from budget or enterprise. My experience Ulukbeck was beyond my expectations! He was very kind and very easy to communicate with. He always replied to any questions immediately. He truly raised my interest in renting with Turo again for all my future car rentals. Never will I rent other than through Turo. Definitely will rent again from Ulukbeck! He was awesome and his car was super decent!
