Loved renting from Adrian, he was very nice and respectful plus super responsive with communication. He tried to make sure the car accommodated everything we needed which it did. The best part was the close proximity of the vehicle to MDW which we flew into. Will definitely rent the Acura TSX from him again.

This owner was FABULOUS! It was first time using Turo and he explained everything and made sure I knew it was ok to calm him with any issues! I’ll DEFINITELY be using the service again and hopefully with this owner!!!

Adrian is our trip's SUPERHERO! Our flight got cancelled, we had to fly into ORD instead of Midway, and Adrian arranged for a remote handoff of the car--so we had our ride when we arrived at 2am (after 14 hours of travel with two small kids). Amazing! Thank you, Adrian!

We rented a 2011 Acura from July 28 to August 4, 2018. (From #EQNCM L.. ) When we got on the expressway the front windshield molding started hitting against the top of the car. We drove to our destination 2 hours away stopping twice to press the rubber molding back into the channel. There were absolutely no scratches or rubber scuff marks on the top of the car so we didn’t report the matter. On our August 4, 2018 return trip the rubber windshield molding again hit the roof and the ignition coil began to malfunction slowing the vehicle down to 3mph. We barely made it back to the airport. The vehicle owner proceeded to file a claim against us with TURO. They attempted to charge us $500 for the faulty ignition coil and claimed that the rubber molding scratched the roof of the car. Soft rubber does not scratch paint so we believe $744 “to repaint his car” is fraudulent. Presently- TURO has not found the owner’s claims to be unwarranted and is pursuing a claim against us. We sent 2 requests (to TURO and the 2011 Acura owner) asking for dates and times for us to access the vehicle for independent verification of alleged damages. This reasonable request has not been honored or acknowledged.
